Getting Back at it
Back at it with a 6 mile run at 7:53 pace, by far my best since my surgery. New shoes, flat course, beautiful day to run and I red-lined my pulse to 160 as I’m still horrendously out of shape. As they say, it’s a marathon, not a sprint. Or maybe just a 10k. Predicted 5k time now well under 23:00, and the base is slowly building. Training runs to start next month!!
